Avoiding PVP

I've read a lot about PVP, or Player Vs Player combat, and it's something I want to avoid for the time being.

I don't see how I can generate vast amounts of wealth that gets spent on ships that I then lose in combat. Seems like significant amounts of wasted money to me.

So I'm going to do everything I can to avoid PVP and keep all my ships. The only ships I'll buy are those that I need to generate more wealth with.

Of course, a good plan is one that can change, but this plan seems solid to me. For the time being.

    I have never been rich. But all my ISK is spent on replacing ships lost to PvP :P

    I have a proposal for you... I'd like to invest in your money making venture, but I'd like some sort of guaranteed dividends on my investment. Are you interested? I could drop 200-300 million to start with.
